Family house from the 1980s, close to shops and the beach on a large enclosed plot of 1200m2 including: An entrance with separate WC, a closet with washing machine. A large kitchen / dining room fully equipped and furnished (2 refrigerators with freezer section, dishwasher, electric hob, kettle, toaster, MW, electric oven, capsule coffee maker). Sleeping area n°1: Double bedroom 1 with 1x90cm bed, storage, a shower room communicating with bedroom 2, 1x140cm bed, wardrobe/closet. A living room with two large sofas, WIFI. Sleeping area n°2: Double bedroom 3 with 1x90cm bed, bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, communicating WC, bedroom 4 with joined 2x80cm beds, storage. Upstairs: separate WC, a bathroom with shower, bedroom 5 with 2x90cm bunk beds. Bedroom 6 with joined 2x90cm beds, storage.
