Independent kitchen with magnificent 5-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, microwave and storage. Living room with sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV and WIFI, dining table and chairs. Very narrow spiral staircase! Upstairs hall leading to bathroom with shower and WC, BEDROOM 1 with 1 140cm bed, bedside tables and storage. BEDROOM 2 with 1 140cm bed, bedside tables and storage and BEDROOM 3 with 1 160cm bed, storage and bedside tables. Outside, a small paved and landscaped courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and WEBER barbecue. Small cellar with separate WC and washing machine. The beaches, restaurants and shops are accessible by bike in less than 10 minutes! Put down the car and do everything on foot or by bike! (Parking is 150m away in a free public car park.)
