Located in Saint Pierre d'Oléron, this family residence with authentic charm has 8 bedrooms, for a capacity of 14 people. An ideal property for a convivial holiday.
Deployed entirely on one level, the 350 m2 local stone building has vast grounds and a heated swimming pool, for lovers of wide open spaces where it is easy to imagine children frolicking...
The entrance of the house serves the main room which benefits from a comfortable living room articulated around the period fireplace, and the living room. Here, stone and wood are omnipresent and give the space a unique feeling of well-being, thanks to the passing light that opens onto the outside and the various rest areas. In the extension, the spacious kitchen has a second table and a central island. It is ideal for cooking together when you return from the market!
A wing has three bedrooms which share a bathroom and a toilet.
Opposite, the second wing has a bedroom with a shower room, as well as a dormitory complete with a shower room and a relaxation area and TV area: the children's headquarters! Accessible from the or from the outside, a second dormitory with three beds gives access to the master suite of the house which has a private shower room and toilet. Here, several families can live together while maintaining privacy.
An additional bedroom with a water point is accessible by a stone staircase from the living room.
On the garden side, the spaces are organized to consider moments of conviviality or to put yourself aside according to your desires, on the cobblestones of a sunny terrace or in the shade of a tree. The heated swimming pool is nestled behind a wooden fence.
