Less than 200 m2 from the beach in the town of Saint Trojan Les Bains, this contemporary is ideally located to enjoy a stay on the island of Oléron.

The tenfold light of this beautiful cubic villa allows you to fully enjoy the living spaces from waking up until the end of the day.

The main level hosts an entrance opening onto a patio, a real open sky skylight around which the living room is organized. Friendly, the latter consists of a living room, which is extended by a dining room and a kitchen with a central island.

Still on the ground floor, two suites with access to the outside each have a king size bed and a bathroom. A separate toilet completes the distribution.

Upstairs, the corridor leads to two bedrooms which share a bathroom with wc.

Outside, the terrace accessible from the living room and the dining room allows you to meet up when you return from the beach, while the children play outside in complete safety thanks to its fully enclosed garden.

The parking of a vehicle on the plot as well as free parking in the street are possible.

For water sports enthusiasts, the garage is a real storage space.

With family or friends, this house is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beach and walks in the forest, close to amenities!
