In the attic: a large dormitory with four single beds which can be transformed into two 160 cm beds. A through bedroom with two single beds which can be transformed into a 160 cm bed.

A pretty enclosed garden with trees including a barbecue area with plancha and Green Egg cooker opening onto a lunch area with a large terrace, an aperitif area on lawn and, on a raised part of the garden, a 9X3.5 swimming pool with its wooden terrace and surrounded on three sides by grass.

Perfectly equipped, with very beautiful volumes, the house is completely open to the outside. It is located on the second line facing the sea, a few meters from the nautical club and lovely small beaches (Plage du Soleil, Petite Plage) and in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Plage de Gatseau, Plage de Maumusson ). The national forest is about ten meters away.
The environment: Saint Trojan les Bains is a seaside resort recognized and appreciated since 1898 for its fine sandy beaches, its 2000 ha pine forest and its mild climate. Mimosas go really well there! On foot or by bike, the resort will offer you everything you need in sporting, cultural and nightlife activities. A covered market is held several mornings a week.
